We all know the simple facts to having a healthy lifestyle or what I like to call balance in life, because the two are really pretty similar. Well take the bad habits out of the equation and you have balance guaranteed.
But realistically things are not that simple. Studies have shown that there are various factors that lead to higher percentage of fatalities and these factors are pretty much well known to most of us. These are smoking, obesity, high cholesterol etc. It’s simple to know that if you just stop doing all these “BAD” habits life will be healthier, but what is really the ONE THING that outweighs all of these factors, and is there such a thing?
